About

I am a GME Program Administrator at HCA Healthcare, where I ensure the accurate and efficient management of the accredited residency and fellowship training programs. I provide support and guidance to the Program Director, trainees, faculty members, and program staff, and act as a liaison between residents and hospital administration. I also coordinate and organize recruitment, interview season, and the Match process, using various online platforms and tools.

In addition to my current role, I am pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration at Barry University, with the goal of advancing my career in the field of healthcare management, leadership, and project management. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, where I developed a strong interest in behavioral health and research. As a former Vice President of Black Women in Medicine, I have a passion for uplifting and empowering those around me; especially in the healthcare sector. I am eager to learn and apply new skills and knowledge that will help me further my own goals while waging the gap between equity and strategic planning in order to positively impact the future.
