About
I am an individual who pushes hard for excellence in my academics and loves to be active within my community. I enjoy biology, chemistry, and mathematics as well as the creative arts, including: drawing, pottery, dance, and music. I also love participating in leadership activities and I value my friends and family. Lastly I enjoy my time hanging around friends at school as well as taking care of my hobby farm at home. We raise swine, cattle, and pultry.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I would like to look into becoming a genetic counselor. I am a people person, but I am also fascinated with science. I'd also like my career to involve neurogenetics. I'd like to work in a medical department either within a hospital or private facility.

I love the arts and being athletic. I have played the cello for ten years and I know how to play both the clarinet and alto saxophone. I am a beginning level pianist, but I intend to continue learning. I enjoy all kinds of art, specifically charcoal and pottery. I also have a love for dance. I have been dancing for eleven years and I hope to continue in college. I currently compete competitively, but I plan to look into ballroom dancing for fun. Since middle school I have had a fascination for sewing as well. I am currently making my prom dress for my last year of high school. Aside from the arts I enjoy golfing, swimming, and badminton. I would love to try tennis and ice skating. I also enjoy hiking and bike riding.
