Goals and interests

Career goal

It is a pleasure to be given an opportunity to share my story with you. I have star-crossed an epiphany far beyond measure. How? Allow me to begin.

Computers and digital technology are increasingly impacting Biological Sciences. I am on a conquest of using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to Cure Diseases, Understand impacts of Climate Change on the Planet and to Track Viruses.
A career path where I find my true sense of belonging is to study Biomedical Sciences and I am elated to declare that the wish has been granted from Royal Holloway.

Royal Holloway is enriched with immersive growth, strength and curiosity to discover answers of the mystical natures of the life we breathe. The university is a second home to me, ready to fill my life with spectacular experiences where learning is endless.
Biomedical Sciences is a vital treasure for me to heal the world from certain illnesses which still have no cure yet. Help me to walk through this new realm so that my mind is crafted with the fundamental ingredients our bodies seek for in order to live healthily. This is a future that will certainly benefit humanity.

Graduate school interests

Studying this course will drill into concepts about how I would be able to improve the quality of our
own lives as human beings by searching for answers to unsolved explanations and theories of the
world's most complex diseases. Embarking on this journey sparks a driving force in me to address
certain neurological disorders such as Dyslexia, Epilepsy and Alzheimer as well as a rare disease
called Fibrous Dysplasia. Fibrous Dysplasia, is a non-hereditary where a developing bone tumour
weakens the bones to become distorted leading to uneven limb length, facial asymmetry and
difficulty walking. No cure has been found yet for this disease but studying Biomedical Sciences will
fill my cerebrum with solutions of how implementing improvement of machines helps in
histopathological examination, involving the diagnosis of this disease in a form of a tissue under a
microscope. Throughout the course, more additional content about Cell Dynamics will be explored
in its treatments with immunotherapy's taught by external specialists working in the hospitals of
the National Health Service.
After completion of the course, I will enhance my research capabilities using technology through
medical image processing incorporating deep-learning and machine algorithms to run tests for
detection of diseases, helping improve survival rates immensely. I am allured to ignite this research
venture by specialising with neuroscience.
Receiving this Scholarship opens a gateway of opportunities for me to new discoveries that is
associated with the unknown truths of Medical Sciences. The characterisation of developing myself
to be bendable and hardwired to tackle tasks in a glorious manner is fulfilling. Biomedical Sciences
hinges me to this self-development.
In conclusion, continuing to study at Royal Holloway, University of London will knit me to a locked
frame of mind filled with inevitable growth to ''Heal the world''. I would be greatly honoured to
qualify for this Scholarship where certainly reaping the fruits of this reward revivifies humanity as
whole in future time.

Outside the classroom

The supernatural aura driven by me is hard-work, dedication and attempting to never give up on
anything. School and my post-schooling career opted a side of ambition that lead to the highlights
of my life. I strived to claim the trophy of being an advocate for the youth in my home country,
South Africa appearing at a National TV Game Show called Deal or No Deal South Africa. It's
unbelievable that I was labelled as the Young Sister of the Nation who strives to uplift, support and
inspire young dreamers who aspire to study abroad like me to not take your financial background as
a stumbling block for your future, because with dreams anything and everything is worth achieving.
No any form of an external barrier is capable to shake a genuine calling in each and every young
dreamer. Never open the door after dark, but rather persevere and remain resilient to always stay in
your light. This remarkable achievement came from a mindset of transforming obstacles into
building blocks.
I have hit many milestones in my life that even to this day pinches me in utmost astonishment. A
collection of pearls that symbolises my accomplishments are the following, winning the honorary
spelling be contest. Given two title of victory for my creative skills with the Mary Ward competition
organized annually by Loreto Convent School. Mary is the founder of my former school. Her mission
was to fight for the education of women worldwide. She encircled a courageous spirit across the
souls of women to such an extent that it empowered women to positively change the world.
Participating in a project that upraises the conservation of the Earth's natural resources by recycling
and reusing waste materials is an act to be proud of. The ability to mould these materials into
fashion wear was incredible because I actively used the magic of my hands to create fairy wings.
