About

My name is Andrea Gravier and I am currently a new nursing student at Suffolk County Community College located in Seldon, New York. I'm studying to become a registered nurse due to my admiration and passion for medical care which sparked at a young age after watching both my mother and father work as nurses in hospitals around Long Island such as, Stony Brook University Hospital and St. Charles Hospital. Watching them, listening to how they help people and visiting their work on countless occasions is what made me love and look forward to becoming a nurse one day. In the meantime I've dedicated my summers to volunteering 8 hours a day, 4 days a week at the SICU floor of Stony Brook University Hospital, as well as babysitting every weekend of the year as part time and I'm grateful to the knowledge and experience I've acquired from all the Nurses, Doctors and staff.
