About
A first-generation college student, Anel Hernandez Martinez studies Science and Sociology at Arizona Grand Canyon University, as well as being a member of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). My role is Case Manager/job coach and job developer at Budget Watchers LLC in Nevada, an organization dedicated to providing job training to people with disabilities. Our goal is to help individuals achieve long-term success through community inclusion, employment, social skills, independence, and productivity.
In addition to understanding the way human behavior affects society in general, I have always been fascinated by how people interact with each other on a social level. Social care is one of the fields that I find interesting, since I believe it is not to be ignored. In my opinion, life experiences play an important role in determining how one can help an individual and their situation.
