About
Educational leadership refers to the process of leading and managing educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities. It involves creating a vision for the institution, developing strategies to achieve the vision, and implementing those strategies.
Educational leaders are responsible for setting educational goals and objectives, developing curriculum, managing budgets, recruiting and retaining staff, and creating a positive learning environment for students. They must also ensure that the institution complies with relevant laws and regulations, and that student academic and social needs are met.
Effective educational leadership involves building relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, staff, and the community. It requires excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Educational leadership plays a critical role in shaping the future of education and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in life.

Ny future intended job path is remote teaching for a university.
Therefore, I need to obtain the necessary qualifications: Most universities require remote instructors to hold at least a master's degree in their field. Some institutions may also require a teaching certification or specialized training in online teaching. Needed some prior teaching experience is usually a requirement for remote teaching positions. I need to gain experience by teaching at a traditional classroom setting or online teaching platforms. I need to familiarize myself with online teaching tools and platforms: Since remote teaching is done through digital platforms, you will need to be familiar with online teaching tools such as video conferencing, virtual whiteboards, and online learning management systems. Necessary to network with other online educators: Join online groups, participate in forums and attend virtual conferences to connect with other online educators and stay updated on the latest developments in online teaching. Lastly, search and apply for remote teaching positions: Check job boards, university websites and other online job search platforms for remote teaching positions that match your qualifications and interests.- Graduate school interests
