Angel Mwila

As an aspiring physician, I bridge scientific inquiry and human narrative. I earned my B.S. in Biology with a Creative Writing minor from the University of Michigan and am now in a post-baccalaureate premedical program. My clinical foundation includes extensive experience working and volunteering at Michigan Medicine and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, which I recently expanded by becoming a hospice care volunteer. Additionally, my background providing individualized learning support to elementary students refined my ability to listen actively and communicate complex ideas. I am eager to leverage this unique blend of science, storytelling, and patient advocacy as a compassionate healthcare leader.
