About

I am an experienced customer service, operations, and contracting professional with more than 30 years of expertise supporting organizational efficiency, vendor coordination, and process improvement. Returning to higher education has been one of the most meaningful decisions of my life, and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing in Healthcare Administration, with a minor in Information Technology and a certification in Business Process Improvement. My academic journey reflects discipline, resilience, and continuous improvement, supported by leadership development and active engagement in both the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the Honors Society.

My long‑term goals reflect a commitment to service, scholarship, and leadership. I am preparing to begin my MBA in 2027, along with a Graduate Certificate in Non‑Profit Management, followed by Master Black Belt certification and ultimately a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). My future vision includes teaching at the collegiate level, mentoring adult learners, and contributing to research in process improvement, nonprofit leadership, and organizational development.

I am also working toward launching a memorial nonprofit foundation headquartered in Michigan and serving communities nationwide. This mission aligns with my values and my dedication to using structured, data‑driven problem‑solving to create sustainable social impact.

Membership in the Honors Society represents both an achievement and a responsibility. I am proud to contribute to a community that values academic excellence, ethical leadership, and service, and I remain committed to advancing those principles throughout my academic, professional, and philanthropic endeavors.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My career goal is to become a senior leader and subject‑matter expert in process improvement, nonprofit leadership, and organizational development. I plan to apply my Six Sigma training, Business Process Improvement certification, and healthcare administration background to strengthen operational efficiency across mission‑driven organizations. Long‑term, I intend to launch and lead a memorial nonprofit foundation headquartered in Michigan, teach at the collegiate level, and mentor adult learners pursuing business, leadership, and continuous‑improvement pathways.

Graduate school interests

I am preparing to begin my MBA in 2027 with a Graduate Certificate in Non‑Profit Management, followed by Master Black Belt certification and ultimately a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). My graduate studies will focus on leadership, quality management, nonprofit strategy, and organizational development. I am particularly interested in research related to process improvement, healthcare administration, and sustainable nonprofit operations, as well as developing the academic foundation needed to teach at the university level.

Outside the classroom

Outside the classroom, I am committed to service, leadership, and community impact. I am actively working toward establishing a memorial nonprofit foundation that will support underserved individuals and families nationwide. I also participate in leadership organizations such as the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and the Honors Society, and I enjoy mentoring peers, exploring continuous‑improvement practices, and engaging in professional development that strengthens both personal growth and community engagement.
