Angelica Avila

One day I want to be able to help people in any and every way possible. This can be done by preventing a family from being separated, translating, help a child realize it is important to believe in what they believe in and stand up for it or even help those who are seen as less.
I am still not sure how I can do all this, but I will start by working with juvenile delinquents and people with disabilities. I want to put juvenile delinquents who have proven that they can choose the right path together with those with disabilities. This can help both sides learn from the other and see the world from a different perspective to better themselves.

I am currently attending Southern Illinois University. I am currently thinking about staying here at Southern Illinois University to attend the School of Social Work. I am also thinking about The University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.
I am still debating if I will continue to study Law or Political Science. I want to get enough knowledge so that when I have a client to help they are not taken advantage of. I want to continue studying and will work on my degrees one at a time.

I spend most of my free time watching movies and reading science fiction books. I also love to play Sudoku. I love the Harry Potter Collection, and it currently my new hobby. I recently found out that they are going to shoot a new movie that may take place in my home town in Schaumburg, IL. I would like to watch some part be filmed if I get the chance one day, so I have been keeping up with the updates.
