About
My name is Anita i am retired from the U.S. Army after 22.5 years of service. I work at a hospital fitness center " the Cape Fear Valley Healthplex'" located in Fayetteville, North Carolina the home of the airborne! There we serve a variety of clients e.g., wounded warriors, elderly men and women with cardio or pulmonary rehabilitation needs, and those that just want a good old fashion workout. I teach group fitness classes such as Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba, Johnny G Spinning,Yoga fit level one yoga classes, water aerobics, and many other formats covered under my ACE group fitness certification. I have created over 400 exercise programs for personal training clients over the past 4 years. I plan to continue on to graduate school in a Exercise Science track if possible.
