About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience providing evidence-based services to adolescents and adults across Washington, Texas, and Iowa. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, with CACREP-aligned training and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with concentrations in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Drury University.

My professional background includes community mental health and clinical practice, delivering individual and group therapy using trauma-informed, ethical, and evidence-based approaches. I have supervised graduate counseling interns and collaborated on interdisciplinary teams while maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting to expand my interdisciplinary skill set and support long-term professional and organizational goals.
