About

My academic, volunteer, and professional careers are marked by a distinct passion for mental health and suicide prevention. I have a diverse set of skills that are constantly evolving to meet the needs of my community. Over the past decade, these have included program development, public speaking, volunteer recruitment, content creation, event planning, quality assurance, direct supervision, development coaching, policy advocacy, burnout prevention, individual mentorship, community outreach and more. My goal is to help support this rampant issue in our world.
