My Family and neighbors helped me to gather a lot of school and home supplies for the Village Mon-Sovi of The Dominican Republic. We had a goal of filling twelve, 50 pound duffel bags and ended up with thirteen! We supported them after recent flooding.
Captain of The Number 1 Team in The Nation

I've been selected as a Captain for Lone Peak's Ultimate Frisbee Team. We travel out of State and compete with other High Schools everywhere. It's been great meeting a lot of new people.

Career goal: I've been to a Psychological Therapist that really opened my eyes to what Therapy is actually about. So I'm thinking of being a Psychological Therapist.
Graduate school interests: psychology, Therapy Counseling degree.
Outside the classroom: Where do I even begin?! I have always been someone who enjoys learning new skills that range from playing the piano to just starting Mountain Biking! I have used my ability of being a visual and fast learner to mine and others advantage. Because I know how to rappel, I am now able to help someone get over their fear of "trusting the rope" and leaning back because I experienced it. I had my younger cousin teach me how to do a back flip because he was starting to get into it and I needed a new way to reach out to him. (And he saw how bad I am on a trampoline:)
After trying just about every conceivable sport, I eventually decided to stick with Ultimate Frisbee and make it my sport. In it I have made more and more friends on the team and in other states... I'm all about working hard and connecting with people.
I am a Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I have found a real passion in strengthening my relationship with God.
