Goals and interests

Career goal

"I am pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), dedicated to integrating Social Work values with evidence-based Behavioral Science to support diverse populations. My goal is to design person-centered interventions that foster functional independence and improve long-term mental health outcomes within the Human Services field."

Graduate school interests

"My academic interest focuses on the diagnosis and evidence-based treatment of complex mental health conditions within the framework of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Social Work. I am specifically driven to research how behavioral science can refine diagnostic accuracy and lead to more effective, person-centered interventions for underrepresented populations in the human services sector."

Outside the classroom

Outside of my studies in Behavioral Science, I am dedicated to community volunteering and personal wellness through meditation, nature, and cooking, which help me maintain a balanced, empathetic perspective. I also enjoy expanding my worldview through reading, arts, and music, fostering the creative thinking necessary for solving complex challenges in Health and Human Services.
