Aria Guzu

As the Constituent Relations Coordinator at the Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa, I lead diverse projects focused on change management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. At the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, I capture performance metrics, evaluate progress, and connect the dots between projects, people, and resources to drive economic prosperity for our community.

With a rich international background, I bring a global perspective to my work. I have lived, studied, and worked in the UK, and my research on internationalization in China during my international business studies has deepened my understanding of Asian cultures. This multicultural experience fuels my passion for international management and multiculturalism.

In addition to my professional role, I am the founder of Equilibrience, a consulting project focused on international business, multicultural and multigenerational management, and workplace diversity. I am also an active contributor and editor on Medium, where I write about topics such as efficient communication across cultures, risk management, and cultural resolution.

My commitment to community service is reflected in my volunteer work with the local government, including the Policy Board for Livable Community for Successful Aging and the Communications Committee board for Johnson County, Iowa. These roles allow me to leverage my healthcare and MedTech experience to support aging and healthcare initiatives.
