About
As the future CEO of a brand hospital focusing on holistic, patient‑ and family‑centered care, I am committed to transforming healthcare environments into places where compassion, excellence, and cultural respect guide every decision. My leadership philosophy blends evidence‑based management with Afrocentric relational wisdom, ensuring that collaboration, trust, and communication remain at the heart of organizational success.
I earned my Bachelor of Healthcare Management from American InterContinental University (Cum Laude) and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Healthcare Management with a specialty in Healthcare Services Administration Management. I am also honored to hold an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, reflecting my dedication to service, ministry, and community uplift.
My vision as a healthcare executive includes creating a hospital culture where every team member — from environmental services to the board of directors — feels valued, supported, and empowered. I believe in building systems that prioritize quality care, risk mitigation, staff morale, and equitable access, while maintaining a strong commitment to patient dignity and safety.
I am a proud member of Sigma Alpha Pi (NSLS) and HonorSociety.org, organizations that recognize academic achievement, leadership, and service. My journey has shaped me into a resilient, purpose‑driven woman who leads with integrity, empathy, and unwavering determination.
