About
My name is Ashley Maxfield and I am a senior in High School attending Liberty University Online Academy. During the coronavirus, I transferred out of the International Baccalaureate program and into a dual enrollment program with Liberty where I will graduate this year with my associates degree in education. I live in Maryland with my family of seven and work a full time job as a kindergarten-4 teacher. During my High School career, I have been a women's choir member, actress in school plays, costume design and management, International Thespian, and National Beta Club member. Additionally, I love to volunteer in the community to help people as I volunteered as a teacher aide and library helper before beginning my full time job. During my senior year of High school, I am volunteering with an outreach organization at a local park and attending a youth group. I am also heavily involved in the Great Commission Christian Church where I am the Children's Church Director. My goal is to help, encourage, and show compassion to others while working towards a successful career path to work toward preserving character and community.

- Career goal
I am currently determining the exact career path through currently holding a full time teaching position as a kindergarten-4 teacher and on the side, I am a Children's Church Director. In the future, I plan to continue teaching and working in some capacity in the church after college while additionally, picking up a counseling career. I love to serve and help people in any way that I can and remind them they are special one of the ways I get to do this is by encouraging and supporting others.
