About
As a full-time manager and full-time University of Oklahoma student, I have dedicated myself to pursuing excellence in both my career and education. Maintaining a 4.0 GPA while leading multiple customer service functions has strengthened my work ethic, discipline, and passion for leadership. My goal is to become a well-rounded business leader by developing expertise across areas such as marketing, human resources, operations, and organizational development. I believe great leaders never stop learning, which is why I continually invest in my education, volunteer in my community, and study philosophy and psychology to better understand people. I hope to use my education and leadership experience to make a lasting, positive impact on the organizations and communities I serve.

Goals and interests

Leadership in various areas of business, including but not limited to: sales & marketing, customer support, billing, technical support, and HR.
- Graduate school interests
I am most interested in gaining a broad range of knowledge about business across multiple categories. For example, I want to learn about marketing & sales, accounting, and HR, but focus on the leadership aspects of these subjects. I know I want to be in a leadership position no matter what, so I would like to gain knowledge in as many areas as possible to find my specialty.
- Outside the classroom
I love reading and studying philosophy in my free time. I have spent over 8 years studying the teachings of the Stoics, Buddhists, Carl Jung, and many other influential philosophers and schools of thought. I am obsessed with bettering myself, whether it be physically, mentally, or spiritually. I am a lifelong learner, and I push myself every day to be the best I can be.

I currently have a full-time job at Chisholm Broadband, a wireless internet service provider in Enid, Oklahoma. I have worked here for almost five years now, and I started my job in billing in 2021. Since then, I have worked my way up and am currently the manager of customer support, which includes billing, sales, and technical support. Since I started my role as a manager, I discovered my love of leadership and have been working tirelessly for three years now to build on it by going to college. I absolutely love my job and being a leader.

Volunteering

Collaborated with Loaves and Fishes of Northwest and held a food drive through my work (Chisholm Broadband of Enid, OK). Over two weeks, we collected food from our small business and donated it to the organization.
