Ashlynn Martz

My intended career path includes working with one of the various security agencies in the counter-terrorism department.

My Grad School interests include furthering my education in every aspect of fighting terrorism in today's society. When furthering my education, I hope to study at a top ranking national security school.

As you can see, my hobbies include volunteering. In 2012, I started the Comal District Attorney Therapy Dog Program, where My dog Diesel and I provide comfort to victims of sexual crimes before and after they testify in court. Due to my experience in training dogs, I also train dogs for various wounded warriors. In 2013, I began training a service dog for a wounded warrior, and in December of 2015I gave him away to his wounded warrior. In the middle of my canine training with various organizations, I love to keep my body active by hiking, swimming and being outside. My hobbies also include involvement in my school organizations, keeping myself up to date with the one and only, Texas Football, and doing anything and everything adventurous.
