About
I’m Ashlynn, a junior in high school, passionate about building a future centered around service, safety, and community well‑being. I’m exploring career paths in psychology, law enforcement, and environmental science—fields that allow me to support others, protect vulnerable communities, and contribute to a healthier world.
As a youth who has learned the importance of self-acceptance, I value resilience, representation, and safety within current and future communities.
Creativity and discipline shape who I am. I draw, write, and am currently working on two books I plan to publish. I’m also a dedicated distance runner and outdoor enthusiast. Within my first year of racing, I placed third in the BTMR, third in the Colorado Springs Rescue Run, and earned first place overall in my gender and age group in the G2P Race Series 2025. This year, I continued improving by placing third in my age group at the Garden of the Gods 10‑mile road race (besting my previous time by 1.6 minutes per mile).
I’m committed to learning skills that help me protect and support others. I hold certifications in CPR, AED, BLS, First Aid, QPR, BBP, and PFA, and earned a Certificate of Achievement from the CSPD Teen Academy. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of crisis response, community safety, and preparedness.
Above all, I strive to remain driven, curious, and resilient as I work toward becoming someone who makes a meaningful impact and helps create a safer, healthier, and more inclusive world.
