About

I have always wanted to help others and dreamt of being a doctor. My desire intensified after I carted for my aunt who suffered a car accident and broke her arm and leg. Though other family members came to help after she was immediately out of the hospital, after some month they all left and I took over. I did her daily massage, picked up her prescriptions as well as follow the dietitian recommendation to prepared her meals. I felt like her only strength she had and I was glad to be there.

Once I stumbled across the Encyclopedia of Foods and their Healing power, and at that same time my aunt was still in the healing process and had drastic blood loss. After getting conversant with my found book, I started to research how I could improve her blood using foods mentioned in the book that was also available in Ghana. I later found beetroot as the perfect match and started to incorporating it into her meals. It was not long before her blood levels were brought to normal.

It is almost six years of her recovery and she is doing well. As for me, my family has been battling high blood pressure and I want my family to count on me as a Cardiologist.
