Audrina Daniel

I am about to be a senior in high school. I am very involved in community service through my church. I am also apart of Key Club and will be doing HOSA this year as well. I played girl's basketball during my sophomore year and it was fun but I felt that it was not for me. I also did Cane Connect and program offered at our school that allows students to help take care of special needs students and that whole experience was such a blessing. Not only was it fun but it taught me how to show kindness and gentleness even when words are not understood. I lead worship at my church and I think oftentimes I am hoping for something big to happen, but I am learning that even if one life is changed I should be grateful. One thing about me is I am very sensitive to emotions of others and I feel like I am always seeing the humanity in people at a time where people tend to where metaphorical "protective masks". And it just shows that as people living together we truly need to take care of each other and that should be our biggest priority.
