About

I am a dietetics student at Lipscomb University that is on a mission to make practical nutrition knowledge accessible to all, despite their socioeconomic status. Every person deserves to live a life worth living, free of chronic illness and preventable pain. My biggest joy in life is connecting with others and learning from those around me. Everybody has a story to tell and I strive to seek them out for my own benefit alongside the joy it brings them. I hope to achieve big things in life, but am confident I will be content no matter my career or status as long as I consistently display love to those around me.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My career goal is to work in clinical nutrition research or in public health. Nutrition has much more information that has yet to be discovered, and I would love to take part in that research. In this, I would like to make my research and overall nutrition knowledge accessible and practical to all populations, including those with a low socioeconomic status.

Outside the classroom

I enjoy cooking and baking for those I love. Food is my love language, and it fills my heart to bring joy to others through my creations. I also love weightlifting in the gym, listening to educational podcasts, and enjoying nature.
