About
I am a first-year graduate student pursuing my Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree, dedicated to improving hearing health and communication access for individuals. Before entering graduate school, I worked for three years as a teacher for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, where I developed strong skills in individualized instruction, accessibility advocacy, and assistive technology integration. I am proficient in American Sign Language and passionate about bridging the gap between Deaf culture and audiological services. My volunteer experience in educational settings has further strengthened my commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments. Through my clinical training, I aim to combine my background in education with advanced audiological expertise to provide patient-centered care and promote equitable communication opportunities for all.
