Goals and interests
- Career goal
From earliest memory, my mind was made up that I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. Over the years, I have grown to love science and mathematics. I have excelled in many advanced classes to achieve as much experience as possible. In ninth grade, I was chosen to attend the two-year Michigan State University LCHAMP program for students gifted in mathematics. In eleventh grade, I completed the University of Michigan (U-M) DEEP Pre-engineering Program at Lapeer County Ed. Tech. with a 4.0 grade. I am furthering my medical and biology studies by attending the U-M DEEP Medical Science Program this year. My changed interest is now with engineering specializing in bio-engineering. I intend to work for a company that does research for inventions that help the people live better and finding cures for serious diseases.
