Goals and interests

Career goal

I am pursuing a career in dental medicine. I am considering various opportunities in general dentistry and specialization fields. I intend to do post-graduate work after dental school and plan on teaching and promoting volunteer dentistry locally and globally in addition to practicing.

Graduate school interests

I completed an ScM degree at the Johns Hopkins Hopkins School of Public Health in Reproductive and Cancer Biology in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am currently in the class of 2019 at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. I plan on pursuing a post-graduate degree in a focused field of dentistry starting in 2019.

Outside the classroom

I was a 4-year varsity lacrosse player at Harvard University and played 1 year of lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University during the first year of my Masters. I have coached lacrosse at all levels and still love to play and coach. I am also currently a member of the Israeli national lacrosse team. I was recently married in June, 2015 and love spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I am a dedicated athlete and Boston sports fan in addition to being a committed academic. I also really enjoy exploring all of the great areas New England offers.
