Goals and interests
- Career goal
Currently, it's my intention to teach in one of the elementary levels first through fourth grade. However, as I move through school and start my observations and student teaching I may be swayed. As for my future in education I believe teaching is where I need to be. A more impactful role may arise over time that I may want to advance to, but for now I want to work primarily with children.
- Graduate school interests
I would like to proceed to my masters in education through Michigan or Michigan State University. Being that I live in Las Vegas, I will probably get my masters at UNLV.
- Outside the classroom
I used to think my hobbies were estranged and didn't tie together. I love to cook, crochet, Knit, sew, work on my truck, photo/video editing, foreign language, playing banjo and piano. I realized they all have one think in common. learning new skills. I guess my hobby is learning.
