Branden Cater

I am currently a undergraduate Health Science major at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb Illinois. I am studying to become a Physical Therapist. I was born in Rockford, IL but raised in Sterling, IL where my father runs his own construction company. I work for my father's company almost every summer and I really enjoy it. Currently I am shadowing a Physical Therapist in DeKalb and so far I am finding the experience very beneficial and interesting. I myself had to endure physical therapy my Sophomore year of college due to a broken leg, ankle, and heal so I personally know how tough but rewarding physical therapy can be. In August of 2014 I was asked to be a part of the International Dean's List of Society. Growing up I played many sports and always worked hard in them and learned to transfer that hard work into my college studies and school work. I am going to continue to work hard to achieve my goal of becoming a Physical Therapist.
