I’m Brianna Gunby, a dedicated student entrepreneur committed to forging a successful future. As the only daughter and first-born in my family of four, I also share a special bond with my younger brother. I own and operate Kool Treats Sweets Bar, a mobile food trailer offering Water Ice and Carnival Treats, which my brother and I run on weekends during the seasonal months. My passion lies in helping others in need, and I enjoy hobbies like cooking—especially trying new recipes—which reminds me of traveling, which I aim to do more often for a great way to try different foods and dishes. This spring, I’m working towards graduation and my plan to further my education in Radiology Technology to become a Radiology Technician. If you were to asked me to describe some key characteristics of myself, I would say I am a Leader who considers other’s strengths to foster teamwork, Resilient in overcoming challenges, Perseverant in pursuing my goals, Attentive and passionate about what I do.
