Caitlynn Massey

Hi! My name is Caitlynn, and I am thrilled to have an opportunity to share a bit about myself with you.

Having experienced and overcome mental health challenges, I understand the difficulties that accompany struggles, but refuse to allow my past experiences to limit my potential. Rather, I am committed to utilizing my experiences to inspire others and make a positive impact on the world.

Writing, for example, is one of my passions. Whether it’s through creative writing or academic essays, I find immense pleasure in putting my thoughts and ideas down on paper, solidly set in front of me. It’s been a therapeutic outlet for me and has allowed me to express myself in ways I may not have been able to otherwise. In addition, my love for creativity extends beyond just writing - I am always searching for new ways to innovate and problem-solve in all aspects of my life.

My end goal through collegeand self-realization is to become a pediatric intensivist. I hope to provide children with a sense of genuine care and to alleviate all mental discomfort that might go hand-in-hand with physical pain. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to receive proper care, and I am eager to pursue a career in which I can make a difference in that area.

Despite the obstacles I have faced, I am determined to improve my life and make up for lost time. I aim to further my education and work towards achieving my goals. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn and grow, both academically and personally.
