Candice Stamper

A highly-experienced researcher and scientific writer within the broader nutrition and health field. Employed by Impossible Foods (IF) as a Senior Researcher on the Nutrition, Health and Food Safety team. At IF she is a meticulous cross-functional coordinator of diverse teams and highly-technical external stakeholders, analytical thinker with a keen eye for food safety and source compliance.

Candice is also an aspiring registered dietitian. She completed a BS in nutritional science with an emphasis in education, and a minor in health science at San Jose State University. She is currently pursuing a MS in nutritional sciences alongside Didactic Program in Dietetics courses at San Diego State University.
