Giving up is never the answer no matter how hard the task or goal may be. For this reason, I have managed to be a preserving and a competitive person which has led me to who I am today. Becoming the first son of the 4 kids my mother has to graduate from college is a big goal that I am determined to complete so that I can set an example to my brothers and sister and my 5-year old that nothing is impossible.

Although I am a father, a husband, a grandson, the oldest brother and son, and +40 hours a week employee, I have never given up on school or work. Even when I have had several pushbacks, giving up has never crossed my mind as I must provide for my family as I am. At times, I must when finances are harsh, I try to readjust my time from school in order to provide for my family which means I have to do school work late in the night, but I know this hard work and sacrifice will one day pay off.

When I graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, I plan on going back to school to earn my MBA and become a manager with my current employer. Once I obtain the experience in management, I would love to continue growing with the employer or seek other challenging career opportunities with hopes to become a CEO or be in an executive role.
