Goals and interests

Career goal

The passion that I have fallen into is that of helping those with Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health conditions. These are also two things that I have struggled with for years and didn't have an easy way through it. At this point I have completed my Associates of Science in General Studies and CSC in Substance Abuse Education, they are a great platform from which to grow my pathway to becoming a full fledged Substance Abuse Counselor.

Graduate school interests

Master's programs that I am interested in include Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling followed by a Certificate in Counseling at VCU.

Outside the classroom

Painting, hiking, rock climbing, reading
