CHIOMA CYNTHIA NENEH

I am currently an MBA candidate at Saint Peter’s University with a concentration in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Administration, General. I studied Religious Studies for my first degree. I am a dedicated professional who has had nine years of experience in the administrative sector with evidence of quality results from different organizations. I am highly interested in work environment sanity which is a leading factor in my Human Resources Career. I have demonstrated this by creating an Onboarding process used by my previous employer for its new employees and also proposing the need for all key staff to be Customer Service trained considering the fact that they interface with clients. I like giving back to my society which I do of my own volition and also through CareHub Foundation, a charity organization I am affiliated with as a volunteer whose aim is to promote equal opportunities and inspire hope in the families of the deprived community through supportive education, leadership, and development. Everything I do is geared towards proffering solutions to a problem or what may eventually become a problem.
