About
I was born and raised in The Bahamas on Grand Bahama Island until I was about 13 years old. At that age I was given the opportunity to leave home with my grandparents and study at a dance school in Washington DC. I am currently studying ballet at the University of Oklahoma and I hope that dance continues to be a part of my life forever. I love the arts and culture and food. If I had a lot of money I'd probably venture off to a new country whenever I have time to spare! I love my home (The Bahamas) to pieces and I'd probably vouch that it is the best little island on planet Earth!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I hope to be offered a contract with a dance company after graduation and start my own leotard line. I also would like to put my degree to use and teach ballet in a school or community setting. Additionally, I plan to open a dance school in the Bahamas one day and begin an exchange program between dance schools abroad and my school in The Bahamas. Hopefully, I would be able to host several summer programs in The Bahamas and bring companies to the island to perform.
