My goal is to become a homicide detective and serve my community through careful investigation, integrity, and compassion for victims and their families. I then plan to advance into a detective or criminal-investigator position and ultimately specialize as a homicide detective. My long-term goal is to investigate serious crimes thoroughly, pursue the truth with integrity, and help provide justice and closure for victims and their families.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies include reading Sherlock Holmes stories, studying history and philosophy, practicing and teaching Taekwondo, and exploring Japanese culture. I also enjoy anime and story-driven or puzzle-oriented video games, particularly The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Assassin’s Creed. I am drawn to activities involving strategy, observation, problem-solving, complex characters, and moral choices. I also have an interest in traditional Japanese music and hope to learn to play the biwa.
