About
My name is Claudine Belford, I choose to study in the United States because of the superior quality of the education system. I am from a humble background, this pushes me to excel in all that I do, The sky is the limit’ is a phrase I often heard and now frequently use. Thus failure is not something I seriously consider or am afraid of. I have always had a passion for helping others, which has created the desire to be a nurse. In the fall of 2018, I will be transferring to Rutgers University in their accelerated nursing degree program. After completing my Bachelors, I plan to pursue a Masters in Child health Care at Columbia University. As it relates to my career, I hope to work at St. Jude’s Research Hospital, I also see myself as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner where I can provide holistic care to children from medically under-served populations.
