About
I graduated Kenyon College in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts, Anthropology, Cum Laude. During the summer of 2011, I gained a professional (100+ Hours) Teaching English Foreign Language (TEFL) certification through the TELF Institute of Chicago, IL. From 2011 to 2012 I worked at Hechi University in Yizhou, Guangxi, China. Hechi University is an accredited university with a population of approximately 5000 students, and offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees in a wide range of subjects. When I returned to the United States, I started volunteering at the San Diego Museum of Man. The San Diego Museum of Man is a museum of anthropology focusing on pre-Columbian history of the Western and Southern Americas, with materials drawn from First Nations cultures of both Southern California and Mexico.
