About

My name is Dayshona Raglin. I am a Senior at Eastern Kentucky University and I love my school. My major is BSW Social Work and I plan on either being a mental health social worker or policy & legislation. My passion is policy and I love researching governmental, social, educational, and political issues that impact my community. I strive to help others and continue to gain knowledge about issues that effect children and my community. I am currently certified to handle with mental health children, teens, and adults. I absolutely love what I do. My main long-term goal is to be a Congresswoman and make change for our country.

Goals and interests

Career goal: As stated in my summary, I plan on being either a mental health social worker or a political social worker. Both careers interest me and I plan on gaining more experience in each job path by volunteering/internships.
Graduate school interests: At this point, I want to go to grad school at the University of Kentucky. I am currently taking a year off due to overloaded schedule and good timing. I plan on getting my Masters in Social Work and continue to grow in that field.
Outside the classroom: As for my hobbies, I love to read book. Any type of book is perfect for me! I also love to sing, dance, shop, and listen to music.
