About
My name is Deborah Andrea Santillan and a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While attending the University I learned from the people around me that we all have different paths but the most important thing we can do is make a difference wherever it is that life takes us individually. I am currently living in North Carolina but a native from California. One day in the near future I do plan on moving back but as of now responsibilities have me planted here in NC. I would like to be part of an organization that is passionate about what they do and know the direction they are going in. I hope my experience in retail, customer service, and as an assistant can be used in such a company. I am willing to learn and grow in any other position I am placed in, it is something I enjoy doing, learning is part of life.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Currently I am just helping my mom in her cleaning services franchise but my desire is to join a company that will offer me the best opportunities. In the past I have worked in retail and although it can be difficult to deal with people I know for a fact I would like to have a job where having that relationship with customers is present. I enjoy being around people in general and believe teamwork is also important when it comes to collaborating on ideas, as well as making long term decisions for a company. Eventually I want to become a business owner who provides something different to my customers.

I love to learn new things, explore new places, and enjoy quality time with my family. Next month I will be taking swimming lessons, I would also like to be involved in the community in one way or another. Being a part of a team is something I have always enjoyed so I also plan on joining an adults sports team this year.
