About

My name is Ebonie Johnson, and I’m currently working toward my Associate of Arts degree at Palm Beach State College with a focus on education. I serve as a paraprofessional in both middle and high schools, where I help students with academic and behavioral support. My dream is to become a certified teacher who encourages, uplifts, and reaches students who need guidance the most.

As a first-generation college student and proud mother of three, I’ve learned that determination, balance, and heart go a long way. I’ve earned Honors status with a 3.37 GPA and was recently named to the Dean’s List. Education is more than just a goal for me; it’s my calling.

One quote that inspires me every day is:
“Leadership is not about position or title, it’s about action, passion, and impact.”
I carry that mindset in everything I do, whether it’s in the classroom or in life.

I’m honored to be part of the Honor Society and excited for what’s ahead!

Outside the classroom

•Helping students grow – I enjoy mentoring and supporting students in both academic and personal development.

•Creative writing and journaling – I use writing as a way to reflect, stay grounded, and express myself.

•Decorating and home projects – I love adding personal touches to my space and finding creative ways to make it feel warm and welcoming.

•Listening to music – Music helps me relax and stay motivated; I especially enjoy R&B and meaningful lyrics.

•Spending time with my kids – Whether we’re doing crafts, watching movies, or having game nights, family time means everything to me.
