As an essential part of every organization or institution, service delivery and management demands excellence in customer service, creativity, diplomatic demeanor and knowledge of the ongoing changes in technology. Service management specialists must have a unique blend of excellent presentation skills, inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and vision, along with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
Specialist must be goal-oriented, be confident and have a great vision to adequately coordinate, direct, implement and execute projects and processes.
I am a combination of all these essential qualities and traits.
