Elizabeth Hall

My name is Elizabeth Hall, and I am currently majoring in Business Administration and Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management. I grew up in a poor home and received very little supervision from my parents during my childhood. I was a rebellious adolescent who made many questionable decisions during this stage of my life. I have lived a very humble existence, have been blessed with three beautiful children, and have been employed with my current organization since 2009. In June of 2018, I was ready to bet on myself, and I enrolled in school at the University of Arizona Global Campus (formerly Ashford University). Managing my family, job, and school obligations is quite difficult, and I have developed very strong time management skills. My work ethic is second to none, and my desire to be successful fuels my drive to be the best student I can be. Through hard work and dedication, I have been fortunate enough to receive enrollment in the Golden Key International Honour Society, Alpha Sigma Lambda, Sigma Beta Delta, and of course, Honor Society. I did not learn the benefit of intrinsic motivation until much later in life, as it pertains to education. I am currently in the infancy stages of developing an employee wellness program for my organization that will focus on the mental well-being of Murphy USA employees. My hope for this program, is that perhaps it can have a positive impact on employees who have no where to go for support. This program is important to me because I know what it is like to not have support.
