About
I’ve long been an advocate for mental health wellness. I recently took a mental health first aid class that left me wondering, why has this not been avail before. I currently live in Massachusetts, but have called other states my home like California, Connecticut, Colorado and places in a few other countries. I glad dtaught growing up that mental health is do weak people or crazies. When I started to struggle with feelings, it took too long for me to find the right resources. I don’t want anyone to struggle like me.

I would like to work for a nonprofit, helping difficult populations, or TAY young adults in working through past trauma and lead a happier life with less anxiety.
