About
I am a sophomore at the University of Southern Mississippi currently studying Paralegal Studies with the intention of applying to law school eventually. Even though I'm going to school in Mississippi, my heart and home are in Illinois. I was raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago in the Wheaton/Winfield area. I attended Wheaton North High School, during which time I discovered a lot about myself and my interests. I discovered my passion for pottery, I created priceless memories with the marching band and color guard, I learned that hard work makes up for a lack of innate talent. Even though high school taught me a lot about myself, it is in college where I have begun to learn about my place in the world. It is difficult but nothing grows in times of peace. It is through adversity that one can flourish.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Complete my education in Paralegal Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi, after graduation there three paths I could take. The first is to find a job as a paralegal at a law firm or in a corporate setting and after working for a few years, gaining as much experience as possible, I hope to apply for law school with the intention of becoming a full fledged lawyer. The second option would be to apply and attend law school immediately following my graduation from USM. Or the final option would be to find a job as a paralegal and remain at that facility.
