About
My name is Emma Saddoris and I am from Jefferson, Iowa. I currently live in Ogden while attending DMACC in Boone and Ames. I am taking my prerequisites for DMACC's nursing program, which I hope to join in the fall of 2016. I run on DMACC's cross country team and love it. I have enjoyed my time at DMACC and am so glad I choose to attend it!

I back squated 242 lbs in the 123 lb weight class

NJAA Cross Country Award
I obtained over a 3.0 gpa while placing top 5 in the DMACC XC team when we ran at Nationals this previous fall.

3rd Place at High School State Softball 3 years in a row!
I played second base on the Greene County Rams who placed 3rd two years in a row! GO RAMS!

7th Place in State Track Long Jump
I placed 7th in long jump and participated in other state events.
Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am currently at DMACC in Boone and Ames taking my prerequisites for the nursing program. I will be eligible at the end of the spring semester and hope to be accepted into the program and join in the fall. After obtaining my RN at DMACC, I plan on furthering my education and becoming a nurse practitioner. I have not decided where I want to go for this quite yet.

Currently looking at many schools; some in Iowa and some not in Iowa.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy running, doing my nails, my dog Nitro, working out, watching movies, playing sports, and hanging out with friends and family.
