Honors and awards
-
I have made the honor roll at my university the past two semesters
Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to become a Fisheries or Wildlife biologist.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested in getting a masters degree possibly in Marine Sciences. I am also interested in becoming dive certified which would expand my options to different and exciting research methods I could employ in the field.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping, archery, and I was on my high school rugby team. I also have many close family members that live all over Europe: including Ireland, Scotland, Hungry and Latvia, so I have spent a significant amount of time traveling, which has become something I enjoy greatly.
Volunteering
-
My internship experience at The Bronx Zoo, involved me participating in education and outreach. My job was to run informative mini games throughout the park, which would help children and their parents learn about conservation and wildlife.
