Eric Anderson

My name is Eric Anderson. I will be a Freshman at Stevenson University this fall. I will also have the opportunity to play on the Ice Hockey Team in the Inaugural Season and throughout college. I graduated from High School in 2014 and played two years of Junior Hockey with the Potomac Patriots of the USPHL in Woodbridge, Virginia. During this time I not only developed as a Hockey Player but also became focused on my career path. After the struggle to be seen by the right college scouts and determining the best fit for me as a player and student, I realized that there are many young athletes that need help because there is little direction for athletes that are unable to qualify as a D1 player on not only how to be able to play the sport you love in college but also after college. As such, I decided that I would pursue a career as an agent after obtaining a Business Degree and Law Degree from a reputable school. I believe that this will benefit both my future clients and myself in that I would be able to satisfy their needs on every level as an expert on both the business aspects and the various law aspects, contract and otherwise, that may arise. I want to focus my career on the underdogs who most often are unrecognized because they have been unable to afford the elite teams that are able to travel the country to get scouted, are unable to get into a D1 or top D3 College because of difficulties in their life during the important years of high school, and who have been left with only their passion and love of the game to get to the next level. I believe that the life experiences that these types of players and individuals have had often results in a player or individual who has much more to offer than many of the top prospects if only someone would give them the chance. By completing this profile I am hoping that someone will "give me the chance" to obtain a scholarship to help in the pursuit of my dream!
