About

I am currently a full-time student at Penn State World Campus. I have a wonderful 2-year-old son who is my everything. He is my inspiration for going back to school and work as hard as I can to provide the best life possible for him. I love the small community that we moved to after my father past away from mesothelioma cancer in 2018 which was 10 years after my mother passed with pancreatic cancer. I really only knew my Aunt and cousins when we moved so I volunteer at everything and anything to meet new people and friends. This was such a great plan and now I have the whole community supporting me through this journey. I am hoping to complete my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and apply to med school for psychiatry. Once I am able to finish med school I would love to move back to our small community and work as a registered psychiatrist for our area, as mental health in rural communities is often forgotten about.
