About

My name is Erica Gonzalez, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management at Rasmussen University with a 3.50 GPA. I’m a proud mother of two, a first-generation college graduate, and currently serve as the Practice Manager for a growing psychiatric telehealth company. My journey has been shaped by perseverance, as I returned to college after overcoming significant personal and medical challenges—including brain surgery—to pursue my long-standing passion for healthcare leadership.

I’m deeply committed to improving access to mental health services and plan to continue my education through a master’s and eventually a doctorate in Healthcare Administration. I’m also passionate about professional development, community impact, and using social media as a tool to inspire, educate, and uplift others.
